When Rico Oller made a bid for a congressional seat, Humane USA stopped him in his tracks by letting the public know that Rico Oller opposed a ban on cock fighting and dog fighting. He opposed a bill to help protect puppies bred in puppy mills. He opposed adding a bitterning agent to anti freeze that would spare children and pets from accidental poisoning and he opposed mandatory reporting of animal abuse. Rico Oller's values are not the public's values.
